Circle of friends.

Having a support network of friends and family is an incredibly valuable and often overlooked resource we all should be nurturing. Knowing that there are people who will support you should you need it can be a great source of comfort.

Most people only have a handful of friends they can really rely on.  So stop what you’re doing and reconnect with these people. Send them an email letting them know that you’re thinking about them. Write then a letter, send them a gift, invite them out for a coffee. Let them know that you’re here for them as well.
